  3. Your personal data will be processed for:
    1. for the purpose of answering a question directed via the contact by art.6 clause 1 (f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) activities are carried out as a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller - communication with website users, as well as securing any claims related to answering the question;

  4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to answer the question asked via asked via the contact form, and after that period for the purposes and for the period and to the extent required by law or to determine, defend or assert any claims. With the remaining scope, personal data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

Your personal data will not be transferred to other entities, except for entities supporting Controller including supporting the IT systems used by the Controller - under relevant personal data processing agreements, and entities to which the Controller is required to provide data under applicable law.   8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response to a question asked via the contact form. In the event of consent, the provision of data is voluntary.
