Tomasz Kisiel

President of the Management Board at Obligo Expert S.A.

Financier who has managed commercial companies for 10 years. He graduated from the University of Łódź in the following areas of study: finance and banking as well as management accounting and control. In the years 2004–2015 he held many functions in managing boards and supervisory boards of pharmaceutical holdings. He was responsible for creating and developing special purpose entities (start-ups), the implementation of pro-sales programmes and financial products, financial risk management and the management of various other projects. In the areas listed above, he always showed a practical approach to finance and the financial standing of the managed companies, mostly because of his experience gained at Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. In his daily work as a manager he does not overlook the psychological aspects of management and utilises the skills acquired from the “Management 2009” internship programme in Harvard Business Publishing and during his post-graduate studies at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) in Warsaw. These competences make him a comprehensive manager that ensures the Company’s finances without forgetting about the Company’s market and social place.

Piotr Kaliszuk

Pioneer of the debt collection industry. Since 1998 he has been an active member, and currently a co-author, of innovative and responsible securitisation. He started his career in Raiffeisen Leasing. In the same year he joined an international debt collection company called ‘Intrum Justitia sp. z o.o.’ where he gained plenty of experience in mass debt collection. In the years of 2004–2014 he was vice director in the operational unit of EOS KSI Polska sp. z o.o. (EOS Holding with headquarters in Hamburg). From 2014 to July 2015, he was a member of the board of GetBack S.A, where he was responsible for receivables management, both in Poland and abroad (operational process, valuation and purchase of portfolios, capital raising, creation of start-ups). He is and initiator and active participant of the biggest value receivables transactions in Poland, including transactions with foreign investors. He is a graduate of MBA studies organised by the WSB University in Wrocław in cooperation with Franklin University. He began his MBA studies already being an experienced strategist of finance management. His presence on international financial markets lets him objectively analyse contemporary securitisation trends in Poland.

Since 2017 Obligo Expert S.A. has been a member of the Association of Financial Companies in Poland
(www.zpf.pl).

The Association of Financial Companies is an organization which since 1999 has brought together over 100 key enterprises of the financial market in Poland. ZPF is a member of the Financial Market Development Council established by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland and a member of the prestigious European organization of the European financial industry EUROFINAS.

The guiding goal of ZPF is:

organizing space for the exchange of knowledge and experience,
spreading professional financial education at the highest level,
representing the interests of the financial sector before the legislator in public administration in Poland and Europe,
setting the highest standards of business practice ethics.

The values underlying ZPF are:

The Principles of Good Practices

As a member of the Association of Financial Enterprises, Obligo Expert S.A. is obliged to respect the principles of the Good Practices of ZPF. The company adheres to all the rules very carefully.

The Principles of Good Practices is a document that constitutes a set of rules of conduct, based on general moral norms and consistent with the law in force in the Republic of Poland.

The Principles of Good Practices were guided by the ideas of:

• Mutual respect
• Integrity
• Prevention of conflicts of interest
• Data protection
• Fair competition, and
• Effort for market development.

By transferring the above values to the principles of work on the financial market, the mission of building social capital and creating the image of companies from the financial sector as an institution of public trust is being implemented.

Confirmation of the practical implementation of the Principles of Good Practices by Obligo Expert S.A. is the awarding of an Ethical Audit Certificate, as a result of the annual Ethical Audit conducted by the ZPF Ethics Committee, verifying compliance with the Principles of Good Practices. The certificate below confirms that we passed the audit with a positive result.
